CONTENT REMOVAL POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE

OneClick AI Solutions s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") operates the service www.leezatko.ai, which utilizes generative AI. Although the content is generated by artificial intelligence and is fictional, we commit to removing any material that violates our rules, laws, or the rights of third parties.

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service:

2. UNINTENTIONAL RESEMBLANCE AND FICTIONAL NATURE

All content (texts, images, voices) is generated by AI, and characters are fictional (AI Characters). Any resemblance to actual living persons is purely accidental and unintentional, with the exception of cases of parody or public interest protected by law.

If you believe that content unintentionally depicts you or violates your personality rights (e.g., Deepfake), you have the right to request its removal.

3. GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL

Content will be removed in the following cases:

  1. Policy Violation: Content falls under the Blocked Content Policy category (e.g., CSAM, violence).
  2. Legal Claim (Legal Takedown): We have received a valid request from a court, police, or based on the DMCA (copyright infringement).
  3. Privacy Protection: Content displays private data (doxing) or the likeness of a real person without consent.
  4. Technical Maintenance: The Company reserves the right to delete old data of inactive accounts.

4. REMOVAL PROCESS UPON USER REQUEST

If you wish to request the removal of content:

  1. Contact: Write to support@leezatko.ai or use the form on the website.
  2. Identification: You must prove that you are an authorized person (e.g., if you request the deletion of a photo that resembles you, we may require identity verification).
  3. Timeframe: We process requests without undue delay, generally within 3 business days.
  4. Outcome: If the request is justified, we will permanently remove the content.

5. PRESERVATION OF EVIDENCE

In the case of content that is illegal (e.g., CSAM), we do not irreversibly delete the content immediately, but isolate it for investigation purposes by law enforcement agencies (NCMEC, Police of the Czech Republic).

6. LIABILITY

The Company reserves the right to remove any user content at its sole discretion, even without prior notice. The User is not entitled to compensation for damages for removed content that violated the Terms.
