1. INTRODUCTION AND COMPANY COMMITMENT

OneClick AI Solutions s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we") takes the protection of children and minors with the utmost seriousness. We operate the service on the domain www.leezatko.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), which is intended exclusively for adult users (18+).

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and defines the measures we take to prevent access by minors and prevent the generation of harmful content.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND ACCESS (18+)

2.1. Prohibition of Access to Minors: Any person under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction) is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Service.

2.2. Age Verification (Age Gating): Upon entering the website, every visitor is required to confirm their age through an entry gate (Age Gate).

Knowingly providing a false age is a violation of our Terms and may lead to immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time (e.g., via payment method or identity document) if we have reasonable suspicion of Service usage by a minor.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM)

3.1. Definition: We apply a policy of absolute zero tolerance towards any content that depicts, promotes, or simulates child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes photorealistic AI-generated images or text descriptions depicting minors in a sexual context.

3.2. Detection Procedure: If our systems or moderators detect an attempt to upload, generate, or distribute CSAM:

Immediate Blocking: The user account will be immediately and permanently banned without the right to a refund.
Preservation of Evidence: Data regarding the incident (IP address, logs, content) will be securely retained for investigation purposes.
Mandatory Reporting: In accordance with international standards and the laws of the Czech Republic, we will report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Police of the Czech Republic (or other relevant law enforcement agencies).

4. PREVENTION OF CHARACTER GENERATION (SAFETY BY DESIGN)

To ensure that our AI models are not misused to create content involving minors, we have implemented the following technical measures:

4.1. Keyword Filter: The system automatically blocks prompts (text inputs) that contain words indicating minors (e.g., "child", "teen", "schoolgirl", "underage", "lolita", and other synonyms).

4.2. Age of AI Characters: All AI Characters available on the platform or generated by users must be visually and contextually over 18 years of age. Our system is configured to refuse the generation of visuals of persons who appear to be children.

5. USER AND PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. User Responsibility: The User is fully responsible for preventing access by minors to their device and login credentials. We recommend users always log out if they share a device with children.

5.2. Information for Parents: If you are a parent and discover that your child has used our Service (e.g., by misusing your payment card), please contact us immediately. We will block the account and address the situation as a priority. We recommend parents use parental control software tools to block access to adult content websites.
