This Policy supplements our Terms of Service:
2. WHAT CAN BE REPORTED
We accept reports regarding the following categories of content:
- Illegal Content: Particularly materials depicting child sexual abuse (CSAM), terrorism, extreme violence, or the promotion of criminal activity.
- Security Violations: Content generated in violation of our filters (jailbreaking), non-consensual deepfakes of real persons, or content violating privacy.
- Inappropriate Content: Harassment, bullying, hate speech.
- Intellectual Property: Copyright infringement (DMCA) or trademark violations.
Detailed definitions of prohibited content can be found here:
3. HOW TO SUBMIT A REPORT
To report content, primarily use email: support@leezatko.ai.
A. General Reporting (Safety and Rules)
If you are reporting a violation of community guidelines, CSAM, or inappropriate content, please include:
- Subject: Content Report - [Issue Type]
- Description: What exactly is objectionable about the content.
- Evidence: Screenshots, prompt text, or identification of the time when the generation occurred.
- Note: For CSAM reports, do not attach the content itself; only describe the situation. We will locate the content in our logs.
B. Copyright Infringement Reporting (DMCA)
If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on our platform infringes your rights, your notice must contain (pursuant to the DMCA):
- An electronic or physical signature of the rights owner (or representative).
- A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
- A description of where the infringing material is located on our platform (sufficient to locate it).
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
4. REPORT HANDLING PROCESS
Once we receive your report, we proceed as follows:
1. Confirmation and Triage (within 24 hours):
We will confirm receipt of the report with an automatic response. The report is queued according to priority (CSAM and imminent threats to life have the highest priority).
2. Review:
Our Trust & Safety team will conduct an investigation.
- We utilize server logs, prompt history, and available metadata.
- For DMCA, we check the formal requirements of the notice.
3. Decision and Action (within 72 hours):
- Content Removal: Objectionable content will be deleted or made inaccessible.
- User Sanctions: The originator of the content may receive a warning, a temporary ban, or permanent account termination (depending on severity).
- Reporting to Authorities: In the case of illegal content (CSAM), we hand over evidence to the Police of the Czech Republic and the NCMEC organization.
4. Notification:
We will inform you of the outcome of the investigation via email (except in cases where doing so could interfere with a police investigation).
5. COUNTER-NOTICE (DMCA COUNTER-NOTICE)
If your content was removed due to a copyright report and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a so-called counter-notice.
This must contain:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the removed material.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the court.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit in court.
6. SYSTEM ABUSE
Submitting knowingly false or misleading reports (e.g., reporting competitors to cause damage) is considered a violation of our Terms and may lead to the blocking of your account or legal action.
